A place to learn, share, and belong.
Parenting brings questions you don’t have to answer alone. Fatherhood Forum offers space to share what’s difficult, learn from one another, and grow into the parent you hope to be.
Support for parenting
Bring your questions, struggles, and successes. There is room to learn as you go.
More about support
You may want to be a great father without having a clear example to follow. Here, parents can ask honest questions, share experience, and find support for raising the next generation with care.
Every family belongs
Fathers, mothers, queer parents, and caregivers are welcome. Gender alignment is not MANdatory.
More about belonging
Single parents and families beyond a heterosexual or binary model of “mom and dad” belong here. We welcome the many ways loving adults build a family and support a child.
Your experience matters
Your culture, identity, and perspective enrich the conversation. Your child’s uniqueness matters, too.
More about diversity
Parents bring different cultures, races, faiths, abilities, and experiences. Whether you or your child are neurodivergent, navigating divorce, or finding your own path, there is space for you in this group.
Joining the conversation
You don’t have to figure
parenting out alone.

Who is welcome?
Expecting, recent, and seasoned fathers are welcome, as are other parents and caregivers who connect with these conversations. You don’t need to fit a particular gender, family structure, or picture of fatherhood to take part.
Would individual therapy be a better fit?
You may want a more personal space to explore parenting, relationships, identity, or concerns you would rather discuss individually. We can talk about what you’re looking for and which setting may fit.
More room to explore.
These pages explore concerns we can bring to individual therapy, alongside the conversations that begin in Fatherhood Forum.
